One recurring issue I've found while scanning some Beko products particularly there undercounter fridge and freezer models, is that barcodes located on corners of product packaging usually makes it difficult to scan barcode.

As you can see the barcode is located on the very edge of the model, these carboard boxes go through several different transport methods from production to sale and its understandable that they undergo some wear and tear. The corners and edges of the boxes especially, and the placement of the barcode here isn't the most appropriate.

This box while it wasn't massively damaged the cardboard was worn enough to distort the barcode making it un-scanable in this situation I would have to manually enter the barcode into the system in work to book in/out. While this mightn't seem like such a big issue you could be dealing with several different deliveries at the one time and speed is of the essence. I've seen this problem really effect till staff who may have a long line of customers waiting and when I bring out models from the warehouse to help customers the barcode not being quick and easy to scan is an annoying setback.
one solution for this issue would be to place the barcode at the Centre of model as you can see they have done with the other barcodes under the product code. Here it is less likely to be damaged during transport and wont hinder warehouse or sale staff in the stock taking and distribution.
